City Services – Download the Baltimore 311 app or visit http://baltimorecity.gov/311-services for non-emergency matters such as illegal dumping, high grass/weeds, housing inspections, street repairs, complaint about a city employee
Dial 211 United Way – Non-emergency health or human services such as rental/energy assistance, emergency shelter, food assistance, health insurance programs
